Once I found a team I clicked with, I have enjoyed working for a mission driven, patient focused organization.

What makes you most happy at work?

Intellectual stimulation, and feeling that my work is valued.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, innovation, and they care about developing the talent of their people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are transparent, they are professional and get to know you personally. They are supportive. They are a true team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The investment my supervisor makes in me. He is trying to set me up for success. We succeed as a team. Each member of the team is a part of that success.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The people who interviewed me really knew what they were talking about. They were very intelligent, driven people. But they were also friendly and cared about my ability to answer questions the best I could.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a woman recently promoted to leadership. I was taught about salary negotiation. When I received my offer, I tried to negotiate. HR shut me down immediately, saying they felt they were being generous. I should have been paid more in my previous role. I know my worth. They are not generous.
