Intermountain Health has been a nightmare to work for after the merger from SCL Health. Cannot get a raise, more demands to increase already busy patient load, lack of support from administration, equipment in need of repair, and no Christmas bonus at all for the 1st time in 30 years. Disgrace!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other, because we do not get the support from management.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking care of patients. Behind the scenes we feel less than appreciated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager who is no longer with us because of Intermountain and their policies.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support and advocate for the employees. Managers on site to support the staff. Pay increases in this tough economy. We are struggling!
