I just wish employees were more valued because when you lose all your good people, you may find it hard to find better people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The meetings are a waste of time. Nothing ever gets done or changed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My boss that I originally had was great and made the interview fun.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They talk about keeping employees informed and that we can trust them but they turn around and do the opposite of what they said.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management that actually cares and encourages an employee to do their best. Stop micro managing and coming out with new rules that make everyone on the team want to quit.
