What are some of the best things about your team?

My team communicates effectively, works together selflessly and has fun.

What makes you most happy at work?

The culture of respect as well as the team work of caregivers.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Communication was clear, all appointments and requirements were on time and very well done. There was no redundancy in paperwork and onboarding.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is a culture of respect among physicians, APPs, and all other direct patient care workers that is rare to find anywhere else.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team level on up to the service level are great managers. The executive team likes to create their own irrelevant metrics that inaccurately account for staffing, compensation and patient experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Intermountain and Select Health are one and yet Select Health plans for employees aren't even the employees best option. Intermountain has a near monopoly in Utah and the pay would indicate they are very aware of it. Healthcare workers are paid betterconsidering cost of living in all nearby states.
