Too childish

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Too many leaders. Could phase out many since the Lead (2nd in command) does most of the work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay would be fine if I lived anywhere else. The locality pay is ridiculously low. My family goes deeper into debt every year
