I've had a overall very good experience. The only real issues I've ever had there have been with customers, not my managers or coworkers. My coworkers and managers truly care about me and you can really tell. This is an amazing step up from my last job when they didn't care and that hurt. It's great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work along side us. They don't hang out in the office all day, they're on the floor right beside us.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the customer's faces when you're successfully able to help them find what they're looking for. Especially when I work in jewelry. It's the biggest reward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make the work day fun. If we don't have a bit of fun and become close with each other then this job would drive me crazy. It feels like family.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager who interviewed took her time with me personally and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability and she was super down to earth with me. So sweet.
