What makes you most happy at work?

That for now I have a job..... But to hear the new store mgr tell it were walking on thin ice. This is a daily threat.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fairness. At each meeting, we are told that if we don't make our Icap goal we can look for cut hrs or layoffs. so depressing when we see how the economy is still slow and other stores are in the same pickle. It's a downer to hear nothing positive to start your day and no add'l help when needed.
