Pay is low and it seems all anyone cares about is getting customer to apply for the credit card. Its so bad I've seen employees use unethical practices and lie to customers to get them to apply.

Need more communication between each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay, especially for those who work in the return/exchange and online orders department. They so much more and always have to deal with the angry customers.
