There is always something to do and it can be very rewarding when watching numbers and others evolve under your direction. You learn alot about life here and it can be enjoyable to watch how you and other have grown.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They communicate with eachother and push to do what is required of them even on a very busy day.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can push my freight out and see the result of how it look and how the sales escalate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a while back but it wasn't nerve racking as I thought. Gina was very nice and asked direct questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming in to the cashiers and giving them a pep talk about their accomplishments and goals for the day. I love to make their work environment enjoyable even though it can be challenging.
