If you are working marking clothes or signing. You're strapped with one person who's been there for 15 years. Not management, but tells you what to do. Constantly management doesn't care because that person's been there for 15 years lots of harassment and bullying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything's fine in that area.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There was a team meeting. The manager stated you have to make her. I don't believe anybody should make anybody do anything. But to state you have to make a person do something I think that's wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to step up and stop employees from strong-arming other employees. Employees that's been there a long time like to push their work off on the newcomers. Also on off time management will call you constantly and other employees. Will call you on what to do and what's going on at work.
