What did you like most about the interview process?
My current manager was very straight forward and to the point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees should be making at least 12 dollars an hour if they're expected to do the job of multiple people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is supportive, to say the least. Unfortunately, there is always drama, but we manage to get through it and get the job done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers fear the company is going under quickly. There is no streamlined process for anything in the stores. We don't even have visuals to go off of when we're placing product in our stores. Every day is winging it, and there is a severe lack of communication.
