The individuals who work for JCPenney's in Hanes Mall are not bad people. They are given a near impossible task, and are trying their best.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are always given more tasks than time allows. The amount of individuals who are put in a department are either too much, or not enough. Employees don't care, or are allowed to get away with not doing their jobs.
