I enjoy my experience at work. I can always expect for there to be work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that the interview process was fast, it was also a group interview which is a plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing I like about my team is that, we work together as a team. Everyone helps out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe that opening up more checkout registers would be a great idea. It will help to cut down on the long lines.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that when I go to work, I know I'm giving a task and not just standing about. I like to keep busy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get any compensation because I'm part time. I think they should offer it to part time employees that works a certain amount of hours per week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about leadership is that they always give their employees something to look forward to, like ways of earning extra cash by signing customers up for the store credit card.
