They are motivating. Always encouraged to give our best
What makes you most happy at work?
The work environment. Management is involved and gives clear guidance so nobody is working without knowing exactly what to do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We do have a good medical leave plan but as far as retirement etc, there is nothing unless you are management
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was one on one, done with the first interview and there was no question as to what was expected of me
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together to keep the store up to date as well as keeping the values in which the company was founded
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a customer focused based company that really helps us all to work together to be sure that the customers are happy!
