I've worked with better companies and felt better about my position, management and coworkers at other companies. I think they should pay more if they expect more work to be done from us. I think they should also treat us as people and not as just numbers on a sheet.

They customers are the most positive.

It was quick, simple and to the point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They want you to do ALOT of work for little pay. I think atleast start employees off at $9
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are okay. I think they are more concerned with the work than the workers. At least show a little concern for your employees.
