Overall, it was good. Not too bad not too good. I felt at times that I was undervalued as an employee. I thought I was a good worker but didn't feel appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That they would congratulate us when we did a good job
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how everyone is cooperative and since we were all around the same age group... We were able to talk about relatable things.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't even feel like an interview! The HR was super- friendly! She was the best! It felt like having a conversation with a friend.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that on every Sunday...they give us overview about the sales and who's doing well...and which department needs to improve. It gave us an idea on how to improve ourselves.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It gets repetitive after a while. And it's not exactly a long-term thing. I can't imagine anyone wanting to work there their own lives. Maybe to get started in your life but other than that...no, I think I'll pass.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt like I was doing a lot more work than I was being paid for. No offense I was pregnant during that time and doing more work than non- pregnant employees. Even when it was my last day, it didn't even matter to them. Totally undervalued!!
