What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is great and cooperative. We usually divide our tasks and it helps get things done faster.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interview at all... The HR was super friendly... I felt like I was talking to a friend.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Appreciation of employees... I don't think they realize that's a major factor...and also offer more promotions... there's a reason why Kohl's isn't going to close down any time soon...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm being made to work more than my salary .. if you're going to make me work like a dog..at least pay me accordingly! We work like dogs and don't get compensated for it. A higher salary would be a start.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I said it once...and I'll say it again... They have absolutely no appreciation for employees.... At least if they did something like that... That could help them in good place which would help the customers... Which in turn would help in the success of the company.
