Well I've been with company 15 years this Oct and they have treated me well all these tears.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Seeing coworkers get recognized for a job well done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Seeing your regular customers and seeing new merchandise coming in with the different seasons holidays.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very simple and I was way over dressed but loved the process unlike how they interview now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Give you praise when you make your goals and or finish a project during your shift. Also giving you extra hoyrs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give employees the chance to come in if they come in early to not just sit back in the employee lounge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because we work so hard and trying to multi task we should be compensated more and especially if you don't call in alot.
