fairly good experience working there. most of the time I am happy to be there but a few managers are extermly rude and make me want to quit

they are friendly and most of them care about work

after being there for some time I became friends with most people there

I've worked there for a couple of years and new hires make more than me

it wasn't a true interview because it was a seasonal position and they kept me on
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust me and believe that when I do something it will be done correctly without constantly checking in on me
