good health benefits and raises every year.

Health benefits and total compensation

Review from Operations Dept

good long term medical benefits

Medical for life with a low premium should you retire from KP

Review from IT Dept

Benefits and retierment plans are most important

Having complete benefit package for now and in retirement.

Benefit structure is very equitable and easy to understand.

Review from Customer Support Dept

the salary is the best in the country and industry

Having a pension is good.

get paid on holiday time

Salary is too notch and above market

Work from home and salary

Retirement benefits and my base pay

Everything is its best for me

Great insurance at no cost to us. Pension with retirement.

Retirement, health benefits, sick pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued. It would make me feel better if I make more to afford a house.

There should be compensation for cost of living increases.

Considering the nursing shortage, nurses at the bedside are in demand. They are the backbone of hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, etc. Without them, the hospital could not function. Nurses and doctors should be paid more.

On the low end for LPN, paid only a few dollars more than a Medical Assistant yet expectations are that of an RN who makes 10+ dollars more an hour.

Provide medical benefits when we retire.

management unfairly gages compensation across teams

I feel overworked, burnout, and stressed which doesn't help when you are not being paid or given a bonus.

Lowest paid in my profession in Bay Area. Am a frontline worker and was not even offered a cost of living increase. Also severely short staffed

Getting to industry standards and qualifications

Pay us the same as the other Local 39 hospitals are compensated.

Pay equal to nurses pay

They don't want to pay union scale compared to other contracts. Once our pay is equal to other engineers, then it would be fair.

This job is the lowest paying job in my field in my region. They put value on the benefits as an excuse to mark down their salary/wage offers but benefits shouldn't be equited as compensation when it isn't an acceptable form of payment anywhere else but KP.

Executives make millions while trying to cut costs for frontline workers

Either more pay or more staff

Fair Contract uion strong strong

Salary is not im a range with other unions. Kaiser is cutting wages and staff. Its stressful work environment and influence bad mental health

Definaty under valued and under apprecited. Taken for granted.

New changes are based on company profits. Patients and workforce are not priority.

Non-existent hiring policy and employee growth plan
