Kaiser has a brand name that outside companies are very interested in partnering with. However, Kaiser's level of professionalism is very low standards.

Appreciate the frontline employees with proper wages and staffing levels. Kaiser would rather fight employees on wages and staffing while spending millions to prove a point instead of showing that we and our work are the backbone of the system.

They constantly overwork and underpay their staff. The executives received a 166% increase in 2017. Really, They won't give us 4%. Shame on them.

The greed of higher-ups is incredible. They get their increases and bonuses while our increases are below the cost of living. If they stop cutting staff and pay fair wages

Poor access to see clinicians. Not enough clinicians or support staff

Poor management Disaffected and burnt out staff Over regulated Focus on profit not patient care Improvement: Go back to Labor Management Partnership Better trained managers Reduce organization regulations More efficent IT programs for charting snd documentation More effecient scheduling

Better and fair salary and hiring more people

Too many chiefs and to many consultants and lrogram managers for the chiefs. Too many positions that invent work without any real benefit fir the nembers or other employees. The worklife balance of the front line staff and front line managers is really terrible. Find wats to taje work off our plates

The Various levels of management.

Corruption at the HR level with cover ups and dishonesty which has destroyed the relationship. This has gone unchecked even though various other executives are aware.

Review from Operations Dept

Everything i call human resource n told them about this issues

Review from Operations Dept

Managers and administration come and go to often

Review from Operations Dept

We switched to a new computer system which frankly is not working like they thought

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Morale is low; staff more appropriately

Review from Operations Dept

More clinical support in the form of additional Staffing

Review from Customer Support Dept

Kaiser needs to practice partnership with union and union members.

Review from Customer Support Dept

We are being pushed incessantly to improve "production," which is relatively idiotic in healthcare. Working faster with more demands on documentation leads to poor patient care and poor documentation, employee burnout and errors. STOP pushing for productivity!

Overworked, underutilized. Working harder instead of smarter. They need to raise pay to attract and keep a higher caliber of employee.

What do you like best about your company?

Truly a "people first" company. Not lip service like most places.
