Treating people with respect. If there is an issue, go to the source rather than believing the gossip. Do your homework executives. Don't just cater to the popular employees -- many of whom feed off of the intelligence of those you are not paying attention to.
Manageable workload for staff to be able to provide proper ethical patient care.
Managing, learning to lead, be honest and know how to treat employees and patients
Inspire the teams to move forward
There is nothing i could say
This question is specific to compensation, but its because the compensation is insufficient to balance the toxic environment. Executive leaders are condescending and rude, they rely on their upper and middle management to get the work done and then constantly criticize and demean people.
Yes fair contracts with no delay or retaliation
I do not feel undervalued. It would make me feel better if I make more to afford a house.
There should be compensation for cost of living increases.
Considering the nursing shortage, nurses at the bedside are in demand. They are the backbone of hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, etc. Without them, the hospital could not function. Nurses and doctors should be paid more.
learn to respect men at work

Need more transparency into the job postings; the job descriptions are nonsense and generic - you can't differentiate between positions because they use such similar titles and descriptions.

They constantly overwork and underpay their staff. The executives received a 166% increase in 2017. Really, They won't give us 4%. Shame on them.
The greed of higher-ups is incredible. They get their increases and bonuses while our increases are below the cost of living. If they stop cutting staff and pay fair wages
I would like the leadership team to choose a direction and work together on that direction
