Want to go too by the book and life doesnt work by a book. Hence leaving the merchandisers to always pick up the slack and take all the frustration from revievers and store managers. We are so short handed its impossible to keep stores up to pare.

Im always moving and at different stores. I like the constant change
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard and tries their beat. But when we get no support from back up merch manager, sales mamagers pretty much the leaders, it makes it harder on us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No leadership, need more workers, and communication. It feels like a total free for. Everyone has to do their part. Maybe a little lore training on the new people as well.
