There is no accountability but employees here. Upper management could care less if accounts get serviced as long as product gets delivered. It used to be a great place to work and now it’s just a job and employees could care less of their work ethic. Pretty sad since it’s a huge comp

Salary is good, but should be getting paid more for I’m doing two to three other peoples jobs each wee

Need more people to work. Need to train people on how to do their jobs is probably the biggest problem.
