Leadership is great at making decisions after hearing 1 side of a story. Many in management love gossip, and are dumb enough to believe it. One manager told others about an illness of another, same manager also revealed the rating of another employee.

Stop gossiping. Stop TALKING about leadership and implement it-have regular meetings with direct reports, make decisions after hearing all sides of a situation.

One person is great at his job, he works hard, has vision, gives input and will listen carefully. Also, they all show up to meetings on time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Listen to both sides of a situation before making a decision. Don't listen to gossip. Managers should NOT spread private information about other employees. Don't TALK and post about leadership, just do it. Ask for input from employees. STOP MAKING EMOTION BASED DECISIONS.
