The workload is manageable, but the team members were sometimes unbearable. There were several cliques formed and were exclusionary. I don't appreciate working with team members that lie and betray you consistently.

An emphasis on inclusivity should be prioritized

Working on my analytics and being able to create reports and analyses that provide value.
