What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training. leadership in general. managing employee performance. showing appreciation.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Training. Not retaining failing employees. Showing appreciation for employees who go above and beyond. Gratitude.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Improve their attendance. Make an effort to complete the required tasks. Lose the "it's not my job" attitudes.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The plant tour gave a good feel for the work flow that you can expect as an employee.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Failure to discipline / deal with non productive employees. Attendance issues are the biggest problem. The current policy is too lenient and needs to be revamped. Let people go if they are not a good fit for the company. It's a business and not a charity. You do no one a favor by retaining failures.
