What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I question why they call them managers. They rely on the rumor mill to resolve issues in the field. Have seen some problems resolved by what sales people refer to as “the $100 handshake “
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be involved with day to day operation is they are going to “tell” us how to do our jobs. Resolve issues by finding out what the problem is and work with the employees to find the best way to correct the problem going forward
