I believe it is commensurate with my job responsibilities and skillset.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very expedient, especially around the holidays. My interviewers and the Talent Acquisition team went above and beyond to make sure the process didn't lag through the holiday season!

What are some of the best things about your team?

Managers that have done my position and aren't so far removed that they do not remember the challenges. Team members that really want you to succeed and go out of their way to be helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are sitting at 2 years post merger and our direction around culture and inclusion are clearly highlighted and pushed by HR out to the rest of the company and the whole company by and large are bought into that vision and direction.
