The most positive thing about the environment is the inclusiveness. No matter your background, your perspective, your differences, I've never felt like I could not bring my WHOLE self to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that even our Executive Leadership Team takes the time to know us, to reach out to us, to invest in our career development. This is the first organization I can say that about!
