This is easy.... Pay your employees!!!!!!

Co workers are great the team is a great resource for emotional support!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Stop asking the prompted corporate stupid questions and try to make a connection with the interviewee!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Too many things to itemize and if corporate is not aware of this problem then that explains why it is a disaster!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Really? $13.00 an hour and a .20 cent raise PER year!! For an emplyee that has been with the company 11 years!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fix the amout of turnover and stop GIVING the customers everything 30% off any time, Kohls cash even when Kohls is not giving it out accepting returns after two years!! I believe in providing exceptional customer service but this is rediciluous that is why Kohls can pay their employees
