Cashier and customer service. Training was quick easy. Uncompetitive pay, A/C does work always, but dress code is flexible for my own style. The staff I work with are friendly and pleasant, though the store has some quirks to its computer systems that just make things harder.

It's casual and classy, to say the least, not as strict as other jobs.

Friendly and easy going. Absolutely nice. They are the silver lining of the dismal environment.

It was simple and straight-forward, but they could have told me the wage before I applied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
10/hr is a joke. I have yet to get my sign on bonus. I feel like they expect too much work for that price.
