What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Weekly pay and associate discount is meh

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Learn go train new associates appropiately

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

so far, I have recieved very little training and I am expected to know the in's and the out's of the store already.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A lot. Higher pay, more staff
