It seems like managers only care about themselves, it sad to see real hard working folks who have put many years in company, only get their hours cut, they are treated horribly, and are paid less than minimum wage. The managers manipulate and cut full time hours and give part-timers more hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation need to be increased especially when understaffed and increased work responsibility. There are a lot of associates that does a lot of work outside of their job scope, that managers use and abuse hard working associates and with no recognition or rewards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to train managers and they need to pay people fairly. Also they need to have fair managers to reward and develop the many hardworking associates that have weathered the storms. There is to much favoritism and bias, management do not hire fairly, they pick a person for job without posting
