It is low pay, not enough employees, overworking for good employees. But I love the people I work with! We really are a family. They are also very flexible when something comes up. You can always make up missed hours. We have food brought in at least once a month, but more in the holiday season.

Making my areas look beautiful! I love when customers compliment the way our store looks

They really care about you! They want you to succeed and are very appreciative of good work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they should raise our wages. I am a team lead and make 13.50 an hour. I don't make nearly enough for everything that I am expected to do. I think it should be 15 an hour to start.
