The store manager at my store like to pick and choose favorites. She does not try to build people up but instead treats her favorites who are her friends who followed her from her previous store and treats them like they can do no wrong. But anyone else gets critisized.

Dont promote people to store manager who has no work/life balance and favors her friends over anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating everyone equal and not favoring your friends you hangout with outside of work know that isnt supposed to happen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stop making excuses about the assistant manager and why she cant do her job yet getting mad at me for not being able to do both jobs at a hourly supervisor position
