
It's just not the most fufilling job. There's not much charm to working a cash register, or running clothing back and forth on the floor.
I get paid less than all my other friends in entry level retail jobs. I think the wages should be more fair, and shouldn't be based partially on how many credit cards you get people signed up for.
People are constantly hyping you up or sharing your struggles through the day. You can find some very relatable people as your coworkers, and because you're all in it together, it lessens the load of heavy work you feel you have to do.
