My coworkers, and my tasks. I enjoy folding clothes, as mundane as it is.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership in my store was strong, even with pretty constant turnover. The structure of management helped a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation almost always starts at minimum wage; would be better with better benefits but those are also pretty nonexistent for part-timers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers make this job what it is. A lot of teamwork is required both on the floor and at the registers, and having a strong level of communication and companionship helps that a lot.
