A more consistent balanced work environment. 80% of the time there is too much to do and not enough employees to do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have met a lot of hardworking, lovely people in my time at Kohls. We are able to work well despite age, education and experience differences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Kohl's doesn't value experience. In the last 5 years they have eliminated or greatly reduced benefits. Our hourly wage is woefully low for the amount of work expected.
