What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Ensuring training lines up with actual work expected, as well as that work applied for is the first set of work employees are trained on and use.

What did you like most about the interview process?

How well structured it was, in that it aimed to remove the personal bias of hiring managers and just focus on the persons ability to fill the companies needs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need to handle sensitive customer data, quickly, in an insecure environment routinely while also being pressured to work quickly and efficiently. Minimal compensation for learning to do so well is discouraging.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The work is tedious, given the need to push credit card offers on every customer. Yet, despite being expected to learn specific legal terminology and use sensitive customer data routinely the pay is minimal, and there is no benefits.
