Our team works as a well oiled machine mixed with a family. We all make sure to get all of our responsibilities done while feeling free to lend a hand to others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy working at Kohls! After reading some reviews online I was a bit discouraged, but after finally work there, I got to see first hand how great my store and this company is! The pay isn't as high as other stores, but the year-round associate discounts and fun environment make up for it.
