Multiple people to listen to as a boss. Most were rude and did not value the workers at all.

Coworkers are nice and easy to work with. It's the managers and the people running the place who need to work better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing can be done to fix the corporate culture at kohl's. The very least that could be done is paying minimum wage workers atleast 15 dollars an hour.
