The managers are very helpful and are always motivating the team with new goals and giving direct feedback of results from both credit applications and department sales.

Communication throughout the team is a vital resource that is used everyday and strengthens the team because it lets everyone know what is expected from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The seasoned workers act like a family and help out between departments when workload is slow so it is a positive culture for the workers want everyone to flourish and it is not cut-throat or competitive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to go through two interviews with the two assistant managers. This helped me know more about the company from different perspectives and helped them place me in a role where I would be successful.
