I love working for Kohl's. Like most jobs, we have our bad days, but for the most part it's a laid back experience. We can be fast paced but also have a great work flow that helps the hours go smoothly.

A small pay increase would suffice.

They truly try to give the customers the best service.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We keep up with trends and encourage each other to do better.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Cleanliness. Our store can get messy sometimes. Maybe more associates to help with that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the Leads/Supervisors/Managers treat you like family. They can be very understanding and supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k is the best part. Saving for my retirement gives me a sense of security.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, the pay is what I am most excited about but I also love my coworkers and consider them friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are my friends. We all look at out for each other and support one another. We work well as a team.
