I love my job. I stay busy and there is always room for moving up as long as you are doing your job correctly and effectively.

At the beginning of the shift we do stretches and motivational speeches to get everybody going.

Me and my team get the job done. My coworkers all share the same ambition to do a great job as I do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just going to work period I like staying busy and I love going to pick the orders because I get to see all that kohls has to offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very organized and they teach us every aspect of the job. They also teach us about other departments which gives us more opportunities to move up. They are very fair and understanding as well to life situations.
