i love my company and i do enjoy my job. but there is times that im growing weary and no recognition or motivation is worth this

I like that they can work with you when you need it.

everyone is pretty nice and sweet. there is some cliques but that is with any job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i am worked to much to be happy to go. If i was given more of a motivation than possibly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was simple and easy. the manager i met with was the sweetest and i adore her to death now
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i used to never have an issue. But the more you see they don't value the people who ACTUALLY work hard and promote the ones who dont even know how to do their job, its disheartening.
