My coworkers. Being independent in my position. Able to make decisions without my manager micromanaging.

My coworkers are fun to work with. We can joke about anything and know when it's time to be serious.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting workers and acknowledge their work. Stop talking about workers with line staff. Take suggestions from line workers and implement them.
