What do you like best about the leadership team?

Great with customer service and leadership skills

Friendly and positive greetings and very informative.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The way the management explained it was easy to understand.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Maturity, respect, professionalism, and firing/changing practices of the employees who are too comfortable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management was very negative if you were not their favorite. Employees were unprofessional when management was not around.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Lots of cell phone use, talking bad about the store and customers both behind closed doors and in front of customers. I had 2 coworkers who were always high- one who had a history of verbally attacking other coworkers through text message when intoxicated. I experienced this after quitting.
