The managers at Khol's actually care about their employees. If one of us is having a difficult day, they will do something to make us smile

I believe that we can give our customers the best experience we can. We almost always go out of our way to see if we can help our customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I spend so many hours working but I'm not as valued as I could be. I dealt with a difficult employee and they actually spit on me.When I brought it up to my former manager, they blew it off like it was nothing.That manager is no longer working at that location and I have move across town
