The only positive culture at this place is the occasional extra employee discount.

Stop doing group interviews and seeing everyone as just a number on a piece of paper.

Coworkers are awesome. Nice to have someone to work with that clearly understands the issues because they too are dealing with them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to understand that employees are just as important as customers and that their health and happiness matter. Aren’t even allowed to kee a bottle of water
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid just over minimum no matter how much experience you have, all sales associates start at the same pay. No rewards for your hard work, other than pushing credit card applications.
